“Playing a Division III sport is the epitome of what it means to be a student-athlete.”
4/11/14
All week long, Division III schools across the nation will be celebrating the third annual Division III week. At Puget Sound, we take the opportunity to highlight a few of our outstanding student-athletes as well. One of those is Max Mirande, who's kept a 4.0 GPA and traveled to Central America while becoming a starting linebacker and team captain on the Logger football squad.
2013 Football Season Review
11/27/13
The Logger football squad saw numerous memorable performances in 2013 including a win Sept. 26 at Whittier, a record-breaking kick by Sawyer Petre Oct. 5 at Lewis & Clark, and two career passing records snapped by Braden Foley. Puget Sound earned valuable experience all across the field and will return a veteran team of 72 returners for the 2014 season.

Kupono Park
Waimanalo, Hawaiii
Kamehamaha HS

After an injury left him on the sideline for his freshman year, Kupono Park has fought back to earn the starting role at running back for the Loggers this year. While Kupono is known for his work ethic, he is also known as one of the funniest members of the football team. “Being a Logger means being able to hack hack and chop chop your way through life.”
