Title: Assistant Coach

Coach Kovacevich returned to Puget Sound for the 2016-2017 season, having started his collegiate coaching career as an assistant with the Loggers during the 2003-2004 season. With 15 years coaching experience, 12 of those at the NCAA Division-III level, he has recruited and developed 11 all-conference players.

Kovacevich has been a part of three conference tournament appearances, one Northwest Conference Championship, and an NCAA Division-III National Tournament appearance. The Fife High School graduate has playing experience at the University of Washington, Centralia College, and the Long Beach, CA summer pro league.

Coach "K" earned his Bachelor's Degree in Recreation Management from Central Washington University, and a Master's Degree from Seattle Pacific University in Sport and Exercise Leadership. He is also the founder and owner of Key Moves Basketball Camps. Coach Kovacevich lives in Puyallup, Washington, with his wife Jennifer and their two daughters, Maya and Brooke.
