Loggers Ranked Fifth In NCAA West Region Rankings

INDIANAPOLIS – he Puget Sound men's soccer team remained at No. 5 in the NCAA's West Region rankings this week. The Loggers posted back-to-back shutouts last week to improve to 11-3-5 overall.

The Loggers remained in third place in the NWC behind Whitworth and Pacific Lutheran. The Loggers host Pacific Lutheran at 2:30 p.m. on Saturday out at East Field to wrap up the 2012 regular season.

A win over PLU on Saturday will pull the Loggers into a tie for second in the NWC standings. Whitworth clinched the confernce title last week.
