Jessica Gott ’18 has been nominated for the NCAA Woman of the Year Award. For 28 years, the NCAA Woman of the Year Award “has honored the academic achievements, athletics excellence, community service and leadership of outstanding female college athletes.”
The Gott sisters led a deep senior class during a memorable 2018 Puget Sound softball season. Jessica Gott and Erica Gott both received All-Northwest Conference honors for the second time in their respective careers. However, 2018 marked the first time they earned NWC honors in the same season.
Jessica Gott became the second Puget Sound student-athlete in three years to earn an Academic All-American nod from the College Sports Information Directors of America (CoSIDA). She was placed on the Academic All-American Second Team.
Registration is now open for the 2018 Little Loggers Summer Camp. The camp is for children 6-12 years old, and is staffed by numerous Puget Sound coaches. Camp dates are July 9-12. Click HERE for registration and information.
Puget Sound softball head coach Kellyn Tate announced that Puget Sound will host the College Coaches Skills Camp, Wednesday, June 20, 2018. The camp will feature current college softball coaches from Oregon State, Portland State, Toledo, Puget Sound, George Fox, and possibly others.
