Callahan claims consecutive conference championship in 200-IM

FEDERAL WAY, Washington – The reigning NWC Women's Co-Swimmer of the Year added another Northwest Conference title to her resume during the second day of the NWC Championships in Weyerhauser King County Aquatic Center Friday evening.

Kelli Callahan claimed the NWC title in the women's 200 IM for the second consecutive year. She timed in at 2:05.25 to take the top podium.

Dylan Reimers earned All-NWC First Team by placing second in the 500 freestyle with a time of 4:36.95. Brett Kolb was All-NWC Second Team in the same event, as he placed fourth overall with a time of 4:37.19.

Calista Skog took fifth place in the women's 50 freestyle, which is good for an All-NWC Second Team nod. She timed in at 24.42.

The NWC Championships continue Saturday, Feb. 10. Prelims are scheduled for 10 a.m., with finals at 6 p.m.
