Wells wins again, Mongahn cracks top-10 list

PORTLAND, Oregon - Two-time Northwest Champion Matt Wells won the 110-m hurdles, and NWC Champion Colin Monaghan finished with Puget Sound's all-time eighth-best 5,000-m run during the Portland Twilight hosted by Lewis & Clark Friday night.

Wells won his race with a time of 14.68 seconds. He is the 2018 and 2019 NWC Champion in the event.

Monaghan crossed the finish line in 14:45.78. He is the 2019 NWC Champion in the 10,000-m run, and the 2018 NWC Men's Cross Country Champion.

Isaac Fournier ran the 800-m in 1:55.06, and Jack Monaghan finished the race in 1:57.00.
