Lauren Stuck
Mount Airy, Md.
South Carroll HS

A junior in her third season of Logger lacrosse, Lauren Stuck knows what it means to be a member of a team. She loves working alongside her teammates, who provide a constant reminder that she is a part of something bigger than herself. “Playing a team sport requires you to put your teammates above yourself, being willing to push yourself for the sake of others, and trusting that your teammates are doing the same thing for you. It’s a palpable feeling when everyone on the field is working together; when the many parts form a working whole and everyone gets to share that success. It is an amazing feeling."
