Four Loggers earned 2018 All-Northwest Conference honors under Carrie Sabochick's guidance, including two seniors and two freshmen. During the season, Puget Sound beat its top rival - Pacific - twice. 

A former Logger student-athlete, Carrie Sabochik finished her second year as the Loggers' head coach in 2017, a season in which five Loggers earned All-Northwest Conference honors: Izzy Amaya, Elena Becker, Ella Frazer, Haley Schuster, Hailey Shoemaker. Additionally. Meghan Bacher and Elena Becker were named to the CoSIDA Academic All-District Team.

Bacher graduated in 2017 with the highest GPA among all graduating Puget Sound female student-athletes, and Becker was selected by a university board to deliver a commencement address.

She was named the Loggers' head coach in August 2015 after serving nine years as an assistant coach. Sabochik holds both a bachelors and masters from Puget Sound and is currently employed in the Outdoor Adventures department at Metro Parks Tacoma. A native of Englewood, Colo., Sabochik began playing lacrosse at Cherry Creek High School.
