Men's soccer hosts Pacific Lutheran for Senior Day

TACOMA, Washington - The Puget Sound men's soccer team wraps up the 2019 regular season on Senior Day as it hosts arch rival Pacific Lutheran on Saturday, Nov. 9, at 1:30 p.m. on East Field.

Celebrating Seniors

Starting at 1:20 p.m. Saturday, Puget Sound will celebrate five seniors and their loved ones: Dane Schatz, Ian Hamel, Skye Guegan, Luke Murdock, and Jack Umbaugh.


Hashtag goals

Luke Murdock continues to lead the Loggers in goals as he recorded his eighth goal of the season against Pacific (Nov. 3). He is also tied for third in conference. 


Back in goal 

Ethan Stern-Ellis returned to the net this past weekend after recovering from an injury. He totaled 12 saves between two games., improving his conference-leading GAA to 0.63. 


Scouting Pacific Lutheran (13-4-2, 10-1-2) 

The Lutes are ranked number one in conference with 32 points. They have a 0.846 win percentage and hold a three-game win streak. The Loggers and Lutes reached a 1-1 tie earlier this season.
